Important Information Regarding Coupon Usage + Monthly Promotions
At PetzLove we want to offer our customers the best value and the best shopping experience possible. We are able to do this in part with the help of vendors and distributors whom we have built stong relationships with, and also due to relationships and trust we have built with you, our customers.
While we regularly offer coupons, promotions and sale items, there are some restrictions to these that we must uphold to be able to continue offering such deep disconts. We may, or may not, appear to you as a "small business" but rest assured we are in fact still quite small. Which means we must tread carefully as we discount items and provide coupons to our customers because it impacts our bottom line, as a small business, quite dramatically.
All this to say, we will continue to offer you the same coupons and deep discounts you have come to love, and we ask that you follow and respect these restrictions as well as the employees who enforce them.
RESTRICTIONS and TERMS OF USE
- Yellow Store Coupons (Example: "$3 OFF" or "$8 OFF"), will not be honored unless physcially presented with valid expiration date.
- Offers cannot be combined with other coupons. A transaction including a sale item may not also include a Yellow Store Coupon.
- Limits may apply, on a per-customer, per-month, per-offer basis. Employees reserve the right to inform you of this limit at the time of purchase, whether posted or not.
- Discounts cannot be credited or refunded for previous purchases, regardless of circumstance.
- Offers valid while supplies last. Orders cannot be placed at sale price and purcahsed at a later date.
- Must present physical coupon to redeem. No cash value.
- Offers valid at Montvale location only.
- Offers may not be available online. Feel free to call us at (201) 425-9901 to place an order to include these items.
- All employees reserve the right to change, or refuse coupons or offers at any time.
By using any coupon or shopping any store promotions, the customer agrees to the above terms.
